Bridge the Gap Learning Systems Incorporated is a 501C3 Corporation. Since its inception in February of 1991, its primary goals have been to assist families with health and welfare issues, age appropriate educational programs, knowledge of economic conditions affecting the community, and an overall care for the well-being of the entire family unit. Programs, projects and services are available to families and individuals living in and outside Philadelphia County. This population will, in most cases, fall within the Federal Guidelines of low to moderate income.
